The horseshoe jewellery typically has two small balls or spikes on either end of the U-shape, which help to keep the jewellery in place and prevent it from falling out. You can flip it up and hide the piercing if desired when using this type of piercing as a septum.

It comes in sizes:
1.2mm and 1.6mm thickness
6mm to 12mm in diameter

This type of jewellery can be customised to add decorative features such as gems or spikes. (You can buy any of our gems/spikes in our store which will fit onto this type of jewellery)
